At Modular Closets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your organization system. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your home, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping and handling fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the list of items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all closet components are in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full product refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your boxes and drop them off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned units, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
